Had a lot of mods already, but I assume the main issue why the beatmap isn't approved already is the mass of Extra difficulties in the CtB spread. It's worth a try giving a look to see if they're playable and/or rankable.

i dont see why not ? i mean if they are all playable , i dont think its a spread issue , its just like a bunch of gd , that doesnt really affect spreads ( cuz all of them is overdose and deluge ) i assume .

considering overdose = insane

I don't have the skill to see if they are playable or not. Also, they seem totally exaggerated and overmapped. Whatever these diffs are supposed to be they're a pain to me, so I probably won't participate in any ranking process here.

The actual logic diff weight abut this mapspread

Crystal Extra > L.B Deluge > Kuzino's Rain > Spec's Overdose

& The problems on each diff

Crystal's Extra : the map structure are generally should be played for Pro player or very experienced player . even so , there's still some tricky parts that need to be nerf/polished to make the diff can be avabile to play.
L.B's deluge : overall about the diff , it still need to be polished well since i see some hyperjumps kinda over.
Spec's Overdose : CS6 overdose & there's still a larger CS from the superior diff. but overall this diff seems had polished well .
Kuzino's Rain : the usage of 3/4 jump here kinda high & feels too over for rain diff. generally this diff need to be nerfed too .

well those 4 diff are the problematic one. the map have more ctb mods ,but it's most of the ctb mod's don't mention this 4 diff = - =

It's because the mappers won't nerf anything, ursa. They are hell-bent on extreme and literally overmapped stuff.
