How to replicate:
-Change your sensitivity to something really high
-Spin large circles really fast

This happens, but it fixes itself if you go to song select and back.

This issue has been addressed by the following change by MillhioreF:

Fix osu! cookie going off-center when moving the mouse fast.

It will be applied to builds newer than b20141122.5cuttingedge.

Please follow up in this thread on the status of this issue after you have tested it. If it has not yet been resolved, please provide any new details that may have arisen since before this change.
