This will be a great help for when a player 's computer fails and is unable to retrieve his beatmaps. Recently my computer failed and I had to do a factory reset. I really hope this will be implemented as it will make it much easier to quickly recover the lost beatmaps. This will be a great help to those that are suffering from the same problem as me. Thanks! ^^

I don't think this is necessary because supporters can see what maps they've played in the map listing.
This is already a supporter feature to some extend:
You can support t/215117 instead, but as you accumulate more and more maps it'll eventually become a drag to re-download everything even if you have the list. The best option is to BACK UP regularly
