I am fairly new to osu and not really bad. But i am noting compared to the people i see on youtube and such. What are some tips and maybe even beatmaps that help you practice and get better

I use these maps to practice. Just keep playing maps you have struggles with. You'll end up being able to play them and bam, instant euphoria

Of course the replays you see online are going to be good, otherwise there's no point in posting them.
That being said, just like anything, keep playing and you'll naturally get better.
