Looking for ebisuns skin

Not sure if this is the right place since I haven't used these forums much, but yeah, looking for the skin in the screenshot provided below. ebisun was using it in his stream recently. Might be a mix, I don't know. Info or link would be appreciated either way, sorry if this is the wrong board.

If it's a mix, I'm mainly looking for the hitcircle/healthbar elements, really minimalistic and cool. If there are other suggestions for skins like it, bring it on.

I did ask him, but couldn't get a clear response out of him. I was also lagging terribly, so hearing what he said was hard.
