Skinning Welcome/Goodbye sounds

On a recent Changelog, The welcome/goodbye sounds were given limited skinnability to supporters. I was just wondering how To skin it.

Any help is great!

Just name the file welcome.wav or seeya.wav (ogg and mp3 files are also supported) and drag it in your current skin.
