At the moment, if I change the volume via mwheel, it increases/decreases in 5% steps. My headphones are really loud, and I prefer to set almost all game/program volume to 1-5%. Letting me set the volume steps would allow me to stay within my comfort zone without having to consult the options menu, with its really big and awkward cursor.
Also, below 4% my audio turns off. I've not noticed this before.
