so here is my problem , my little brother wanna play to osu! too but i'm afraid of getting banned if he create an account , we have only 1 computer in our house ...
so is there a risk for me to get ban if he create an account on my computer ?

I don't think it would have a problem. His account may get banned , but i don't think you will be ban IP.

But it's just my opinion, if someone could confirm

i think emailing accounts@ppy.sh would be a better idea, rather than emailing him directly.

As long as you or him do not play on each others accounts, you will be fine. I have had friends that were siblings that shared a computer.
