Please consider the time of the picture.
On the second picture it said "joined 2 years ago" and on the first "3 years ago" meaning the first is actually taken later, which means someone probably passed him in rank.

give it a day to refresh, the ranks on site aren't updated real time afaik
To elaborate, there is a certain time once each day when everyone's global rank is refreshed. In between those times someone's rank will only update if they get a new personal high score on a map.buny wrote:

The country rank is, as far as I'm aware, always correct
