I have seen people coming up with customisers for Minecraft Texture packs, in particular, dokucraft; It got me thinking whether it would be possible to come up with something similar for osu! with users submitting their own elements to the database of elements. It would be that people would better be able to pick elements for their skins.

Would be nice if someone would clarify if this is possible.

Given I dont really know how to put it since it is not a suggestion but also more if checking to see if this has been done and what are peoples opinions on this, though I will change the location of this post soon

Also beatmapr.com's sample size feels minute and does not even allow the choice of half the elements
