I found the offset to be slightly late. When I say slightly, I mean, like, 15ms but whatever I'm picky ;(

Also, your bpm is spot on, but a lot of notes felt incorrectly snapped. I went through the whole of the song and resnapped all the notes, so have a look at the attached .osu for that, but I didn't do anything to the beat spacing (apart from one of the very first notes) so you'll wanna go over that and fix it up a bit.

As James said, Overall Difficulty's set to an Insane or Insane+, but the beatmap itself is only Hard.

How about using distance snap and adjust the spacing of all your notes?
It looks like all notes are only placed in the middle. . .
