Extra Combo Bursts based on percentage

I was updating my combo burst sounds and ordering them appropriately when I came across an idea. Like with other rythm games, combo bursts are based on both combo and percentage of accuracy. One game being Dance, Dance Revolution. The idea is essentially out of their books. This would make my life a lot easier as I use an announcer pack, and would love to have random extra's in the game.

The idea itself would be done as followed:

comboburst-# would be one file, based on when X combo is hit, as it currently stands.
randomburst-# would be the suggested file/s here.
perfectburst-# would be played is the user is at 100% accuracy by said combo (Also known in DDR as "Toasty!" at 250 combo's at perfect/marvelous or better)

Inside the skin.ini, the required array/syntax would be:

comboburst: 50,100,200,300 (example) being the exact combo
randomburst: 15,35,55,75,85,100 (example) being a percentage based. This means when 15% of the song completion is done at a continuous combo, randomburst-# is played.

Now, it could be achieved with comboburst and having 20 different files ordered appropriately, but the idea of randomburst is that a file is chosen at random. So for the first percent (15%), randomburst-4 might be played. This is where the "random" comes in.

Additional to the idea, is extra syntax for the skin.ini:

randomburst 15~,35~,55~ etc (if possible). I use "~" as a "around this percentage" term, so that if you're replaying a song over and over, the randomburst isn't at the EXACT point. This could be a 2-4% give or take area. So maybe sometimes it could be 13%, or even 16.3%, but it's never really the same. I'm not sure if ~ could be read by the game, but something of similar use could be substituted.

Additional:

perfectburst: 25,50,75,100 (example) being a percentage and/or combo based depending on user preference (see below), where perfectburst-# is played either in order or at random.
PerfectBurstOrder: 0,1,2 - 0 - Disabled. 1 - Percentage. 2 - Combo
PerfectBurstRandom: 0,1 - 0 - Ordered from 0 to Highest file number. 1 - Random.



The idea is mainly for those who don't mind the combo bursts, as I don't. I personally only use audio, rather then images, but having these could increase user experience. I have the full DDR Announcer pack, and I'd love to be able to throw full thing in like this. Additional things could be an accuracy based syntax like accuracy: <95, <90, <85, and have maybe accuracyburst or something. But I think that'd be going a bit too far.
