[Multiplayer] Notify when other players want to skip
Don't you hate it when everyone wants to skip through a cut scene and 1 person doesn't?

When you are in-game in a multiplayer game, when you press skip, ^ picture will appear next to your name, also other people in the room. So you know who's not skipping.
Picture is +size. Normal size will be -size more.
