So I have Osu for both my self and my gf. i can go on multi just fine on my account but she cant get on at all. it keeps telling her that shes not a supporter and cant open it. whats the deal?

Check in the Options that the Release Stream is set to Stable.
Cutting Edge can be tested by normal users except multiplayer capabilities.
Also, next time post in theTech Support forum if you have problems with the game.
