Hidden+Hardrock most of the time. Or just Hardrock.
I like to play with Flashlight too, but it takes a lot of time to memorize the map and I don't have enough time for this nowadays =\
Simple hidden is just not interesting for me and not really challenging

1. HD (alot recently.. i'd study maps on auto/spun out first (~2 plays), point out difficult areas, then attempt for the S. pretty sure others do this and this is the way to go, rofl)

Hidden is, by far, my favourite mod and the one I play the most.
I sometimes play with Hard Rock as well, usually in combination with Hidden. But only very rarely on Insanes because I suck at reading AR10 ;D
Sudden Death whenever I really want to FC a map that I keep getting random misses/sliderbreaks on. Actually works wonders, for some reason I play better with SD on lol
I'm trying to learn Flashlight but I'm awful at it
And I don't really like DT all that much because it changes the song itself~

doubletime: 40%
hidden: 30%
hardrock: 20%
flashlight: 10%
these are for ctb only since i don't play any other mode for now :p

DT or HR not sure, then HD. I only do FL on BD's Airman diff, just for fun ofc. I never use No Video since I just disabled background videos, and Sudden Death is like "hey even if you SS the whole thing with every mod but you miss the last hit you fail", being it so useless I've never used it.
Forgot to say No Fail while training HR, really awful to fail because of low acc with 500 combo.
Spun Out... almost never, rarely use it while doing HR/DTs of maps I'm damn sure I never gonna play again (ofc I have no rank on those maps).

It used to be Hidden, but now... idk... probably still Hidden being the most played, but I probably play hr more or equally to hidden nowadays... Oh and FL whenever I feel like it.
Only mod I don't really like is DT, since, well, the song sounds weird and I don't play osu! for button-mashing.

Easier Mods :
- Easy : Only TAG / Overabused SVs >2.50 @160BPM
- NoFail : WTFLOLMAPS, or LOLSTREAMS (Taihen na mono Shoushitsu @Lost LOL). Even in my own LOLMAP Play This In Audiosurf I don't.
- HalfTime : Easy diffs with a LOOOOOOOOT of rolls.
- HardRock : When I feel like it. On Easy/Normal diffs, it is coupled with FlashLight. (or slashlight lolol)
Frequency : ~25-30%. On Taiko diffs, 60%. - Sudden Death :
