Alright, here's what (in my opinion) could make the map a little less "awkward" to play
the screenshots added were a rough example of what I would do with them

[General]
add some tags i.e. megpoid gumi wind-up god vocaloid

[Extra]
00:11:408 - add beat
00:12:359 (3) - change to 1/2 repeat slider
00:14:788 - add beat
00:18:168 - add beat
00:19:753 (1,2) - spacing is too large
00:20:175 (3) - change this to a 1/2 slider so it fits with the rhythm
00:20:387 (1) - players better with 2 hit circles
00:21:549 - add beat
00:25:035 (3) - change to a 1/2 slider perhaps
00:26:197 (1) - next vocal is actually a 1/2 tick earlier than the slider end; shorten it by 1/2 and add a 1/2 slider or hit circle after it
00:27:887 (1) - change to 1/2 slider or add another hit circle after it. the pause is too long between the next beat that it kills the flow
00:29:894 (2) - repeat this and remove 00:30:105 (3)
00:32:535 (2) - change to 2 1/2 sliders, to match 00:31:584 (2,3,4) -
00:33:274 (3,4,5) - you're following the vocals so don't just suddenly prioritise the instruments. Change 00:33:485 (4,5) - to a hit circle -> 1/2 slider -> hit circle. opens yourself to different alternative patterns also. example
00:35:704 (7) - i think this should be a 1/2 slider
00:38:344 (3) - 1/2 slider to match 00:38:556 (1)
00:38:767 (2) - change to 1/2 repeat slider
00:39:401 (4) - either change to 1/2 slider or add a hit circle after it
00:40:035 (3) - ^
00:41:197 (4) - change to 1/2 slider
00:43:098 (2) - shorten this slider by 1/2 to match the vocal; add a hit circle after that
00:45:528 (2) - change to a slider
00:45:844 (2) - remove this to keep consistency with the other anti jump at 00:45:105 (2,1)
00:47:746 (1) - remove 00:47:957 (2) move the slider 1/2 a beat later and add a hit circle before it, example
00:48:485 (2) - feel like this would be better as a reverse slider, and remove 00:48:697 (3) and add another hit circle onto the stack
00:51:866 (2) - plays better as a slider
00:53:239 (1,2,3) - change to 1/2 slider -> 1/2 repeat slider -> 1/2 repeat slider example
00:54:612 (3,1) - change to hit circle -> 1/2 slider example
00:58:626 (2) - slider
01:01:161 (2,3) - spacing is different to 01:01:373 (3,4,5)
01:02:218 (3) - change to 1/2 slider, and either repeat it or add another hit circle after it
01:04:330 (1,2) - feel like this would look better if they stacked
01:07:182 - add beat
01:08:767 (1) - change to 1/2 repeat slider
01:10:563 - add beat...
01:13:943 - beat
01:14:260 (4) - remove this beat
01:15:950 (3) - change to 1/2 slider
01:16:584 (3,4,5) - this would look cool if it had a constant low spacing towards the next slider
01:17:323 - missing beat
01:20:281 (1,2) - change to 1/1 slider -> 1/2 slider
01:20:809 (3) - change to 1/2 repeat slider or 1/2 slider -> hit circle
01:22:288 (2) - change to 2 hit circles
01:23:661 (4) - either change to 1/2 slider or add another hit circle after it
01:36:654 (4,5,6) - a bit too much spacing
01:39:506 (2) - remove this
01:39:823 (1,2,3,4) - looks like they were placed randomly
01:42:675 (4,6) - ctrl + g
01:43:626 (1,2,3) - something like this
01:47:640 (2) - change to 1/2 slider
01:55:774 (1,2,1,2,3,4,5) - holy shit this is amazing
01:58:309 (1) - change to hit circle -> 1/2 slider
02:02:006 (2) - move this 1/2 tick back, add another repeat
02:18:697 (1) - make this 1/3 repeat slider since the 1/6 start here, not at 02:18:908 (2)
02:19:119 (1,2,3) - consider changing these to 1/6 to follow the dominant beat
02:21:443 (1) - snap this to 1/2
02:21:654 (2) - change to 1/6 repeat slider
02:23:873 (2,3) - stack the hit circle onto the slider
02:28:626 (1,2,3) - I'm a bit against mapping stacks at 280 unless they are going to be consistently used throughout the mapping
02:36:126 (4) - change to 1/2 slider, keep the overlap
02:37:077 (4) - change to 1/2 slider to keep the flow
02:37:711 (3) - repeat slider, ctrl + g
02:39:612 (4) - fix the distance of this
02:41:724 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - this is nice, but the following 02:42:675 (2,3,4) - are so lazy?
02:45:739 (1,2,3,4,1) - I'd do something like this
02:47:218 (4) - change to 1/2 slider
02:47:429 (1,2,3) - change this to 4 1/2 sliders, that way each slider start will start with the vocal
02:48:168 (1) - shorten this by 1/2 a tick, add a hit circle after it
02:50:175 (2,3,4) - I'd do something like this
02:52:288 (3,4,1) - change to 1/2 repeat slider like 02:51:654 (1)
02:57:570 (1) - shorten this spinner to the previous red tick, auto still gets 1000 and you can map the first vocal
02:58:309 - add a slider, end it on the next vocal
02:58:837 (1) - shorten this slider
02:59:260 (2) - replace this with a hit circle, and add a beat at 02:59:366 and 02:59:577
02:59:682 (1) - remove this slider
02:59:788 - add a beat
02:59:999 - ^
03:00:211 - ^
03:00:316 - ^
03:00:422 - ^
03:00:528 - ^
03:00:633 - ^ with slider ended at 03:00:950
03:01:373 (1) - shorten this to 1/2
03:05:387 (2) - change to slider
03:07:077 (2) - ^
03:07:605 (1,2,3) - change to 4 1/2 sliders
03:08:767 (2,3) - change to 1/2 slider, and place slider start onto 03:08:978 (4)
03:10:035 (6) - remove this
03:11:302 (2) - completely unnecessary
03:12:359 (3) - repeat this slider and remove 03:12:675 (1)
03:13:204 (4,5) - i think this would be better as a 1/2 repeat slider
03:14:260 (4) - I'd change this to a 1/2 slider and do something like this
03:17:218 (2,3) - change this to 1/2 slider
03:18:908 (2) - change to 1/2 slider
03:20:598 (2) - ^
03:21:971 (5) - start the nc here
03:23:767 (1) - change to 2 hit circles
03:24:190 (4) - change to 1/2 slider
