Ranking Panel Problems

so how can i move the ranking graph and the full combo sign !?and the rest

Probably it could be your resolution in-game probably (are you using windowed?). Either that or you may need photoshop to move images from their current position.

The skinning names you need to check would be is
ranking-perfect = Max Combo Picture
ranking-title = The "Ranking" picture above in the top right
ranking-replay = The Panel for watching replays.
ranking-panel = ranking panel

It's version of the skin.
Add to skin.ini "Version:1" or 2 depends with one effect you want.
