I want to make a skin, and only have a mac, so my question is: is it possible to make a skin on mac? And how?

I'm a mac user and I've done some skins, it works pretty much the same way. Use Photoshop, Gimp or whatever you want. If you check this link you'll see the basic stuff t/51694

You can use Photoshop or Illustrator for making graphics. If you dont own them you can use freeware software like Gimp or Gimpshop(Gimpshop is just Gimp makeover with photoshop-like interface) or vector graphics like Inkscape
