Removed unnecessary and inappropriate tags
Insane: 00:08:398 (4,5,1) - Made this pattern more symmetrical
Hard: Adjusted difficulty settings, 00:12:948 (2,3,4) - a rhythm change here so it'd feel better and also 00:23:261 (3) - extended this slider
Normal: Adjusted diff settings

Open the map in editor and do some math.
I guess I see. Spinners are not counted towards draining time in full lenght when placed at the end, just the head of it.
