Something that I thought would be cool to see in osu! is an assortment of applause sounds depending on your rank.
So for example:
Get an S or SS rank: People scream and cheer for you
Get an A rank: Lighter clapping and cheering
Get a B rank: Little to no applause
Get a C rank: Slight mutters and light booing
Get a D rank: People boo at you in disappointment
And these sounds could all be changed to your liking with several files names like applause_a, applause_b, etc.
And I don't know how complex game design is, and I don't know if it would be possible, but I just thought it would be kind of cool. ^.^
