Delete "Nico Nico Douga" in source , please.
after, add "Touhou" in source.
(I)×4 is bad in a new rule. So you should reduce any difficulty by more less ☆4 or remove any difficulty.
Title rename U.N ?
And you should't use two or more hitsound!! Everyone usually don't like this.
For example , you use crap and finish in one note. You should delete finish.

01:28:079 (1,2) move 2 down and 12 left?(Grid LV3) That way , I think this become beautiful.
Normal
01:32:429 (7,8) move 1 down and 1 left?
Hard

Nothing to complain about, but, I have a question, this map is going for rank or approval ?

If it's going for rank, there is too much Insane : 2 Insane max.



If not, it's ok

Suggestion : Slider Tick rate : 1 on Easy ?

00:20:729 (1) - this is a bad place to put a spinner, remove and replace with a circle or slider
00:22:979 (2,3,1) - hmm, jump on an easy mode? remove the circle (3)
00:57:779 (1) - remove combo
00:59:129 (1) - bad place to put a spinner (optional), remove if you want to
01:01:979 (3,1) - another jump? change it....
01:05:879 (2,3,4) - this rhythm goes with the song but should be in an easy mode for now... change it
01:16:979 (1) - i question this slider...... ask someone if this should be changed......
01:20:879 (1) - remove this and extend spinner to here

Normal
the tick rate should be 1 or 2....
00:44:279 (4,5,6,7) - not so good formation.... change the arrangement
00:45:779 (1,2,3) - ^
