For my beatmap project: Pokemon Opening Themes
I mapped Ho-oh, Meganium and Croconaw and jockeytiyan mapped Lugia and Cyndaquil.

This by far has to be the theme that really captured my attention and made me want to watch Pokemon again after I quit midway.

With such a short song, you could get away with a higher-resolution video.
Background is terrible resolution. :(
Background colour to white?
Consider using custom combo colours.
Offset sounds better at 720 to me, remember to shift timing sections, especially kiai starts.

[Cyndaquil]

Structurally fine, unless I want to be picky (such as the symmetry of 00:38:503 (1,2,3,4,5,6)). It felt very very bland though, a constant stream of 1/1s with sliders thrown in. Don't be afraid to use the occasional red tick, especially if the patterns or rhythms spice up the map a little.

[Croconaw]

00:58:910 (1,2,3,4) - Centering a note after a spinner needs to be moved down 2 grids to align properly in play mode. Also, the red is hard to see against the spinner. :(

[Meganium]

00:37:598 (6) - Move onto the 1/3?
00:46:753 (1,2,3) - I recommend not halving the spacing until you actually hit a 1/2 BPM slider. This 1/2 section doesn't really make sense to me though.
00:54:339 (1,2,3) - Sounds like it should have some 1/6 thrown in there, watch out.
00:58:908 (1,2,3) - Don't know how possible this jump is...

Why a red timing section to start kiai?
Cyndaquil and Lugia have different kiai than the others, take a look.

Updated, but I agree with this:
00:24:523 (3,4) - spacing

2 and 3 are 1/4 apart and are right next to each other. 3 and 4 are 1/4 apart and are very far away from each other...equal spacing is needed..
00:16:635 (5) - this is still under a whole bunch of notes.can't you make it so we can actually see its a slider easily?
00:24:523 (3,4) - as much as you seem to like disagreeing.....spacing. check distance snap and im 100% sure this wont be ranked
00:49:867 (1) - I said move this up so it isnt half way off the grid for no real reason

Ho-oh:
00:06:290 (3), 00:08:359 (3) - same comment as earlier..

Fix the problems on Lugia at least and I suppose I will pubble (will let BAT's complain about anything else)

  1. Even if you have a video, some people use no video. So I suggest to change BG to higher quality.
  2. Offset in first section feels too early.
  3. Make kiai without breaks; Similar in all difficulties
