Second skin. Pretty excited, since this time I went more in the direction of accuracy. Which explains a different lighting and the empty inside circles.
As earlier, you may find some R-16 stuff here, so proceed with caution. ;)

I welcome all feedback. Every opinion I get is strongly appreciated, as well as considered when updating the skin.

Multi-votes available. Which means, whenever I update the skin you can change your vote to show me if it's better or worse than it was.

[General]
Skin Name: Tokyo Ravens
Creator: Nanashi
Theme: Tokyo Ravens
Version: 0.9b (depending on the feedback I get this may become 1.0)

[Data]
Size: 16.2MB
Is it fully skinned?: Menu+gameplay only.

[Additional details]
- Initially the cursor was a red wisp, but after the process of trial and error I came up with another design that has improved the accuracy and visibility of it.
- menu-back and play-skip are both animated.
- All the fullscreen elements have been sized at 1366x768. This means playfield, pause-overlay, fail-background and ranking-panel.
- hit300, hit300g and hit300k are all invisible. After trying out various skins I came up to the conclusion that it's less distracting this way, and you know better when your accuracy drops.
- scorebar-ki is an 1x1 invisible file due to having certain difficulties with scorebar-colour anchoring when it was a normal element.
- reversearrow is slightly bigger than the overall circle to improve overall experience (more visible this way).
- All the selection-mod files may undergo redesigning at one point, due to their unexpected low quality in-game when picked.
- The lighting.png file is added (1px border circle) to improve performance. If you prefer the original glow, simply delete this file.
