Osu! Backup

Hello everyone.
So I'm about to format my computer, is there anything I should save or backup?
I don't want to lose beatmaps, replays or anything.
If I copied the Songs folder, am I going to be able to import them to Osu! again?
I hope I didn't post this in the wrong section. :roll:

Yes, you should just be able to place them back into the osu! folder
Remember to save your skins! If you use any...

its fine to copy the song folder, i had the same prob before, & copying seems to work pretty fine ^^ .. jst make sure u'll move the folder to some safe place that wont be formatted

you can copy the entire osu! folder for backup and place it back after you're done and it will still work

i tend to copy the songs, skins, replay, screenshots, and chat folders if you have those.

you can copy them right back into the osu program folder afterwards.

Save the data folder if you want to keep your replays.

save your songs if you want all your songs.

save skins if you want your skins.

The replay folder only holds replays you have exported, not all of them.

I saved my files and everything, but when I imported them to my new Osu folder, I ran the game and didn't see the beatmaps.
should I do something to make them work?

This is a picture of my Osu! "Songs" folder,

Hit F5 when in the song list to import them.

I mean after formatting and everything, I have all my files on external HD.
now when I try to run osu! they failed to import or something.
I re installed Osu
and copied my old "Songs folder" to the new Osu folder

I just removed the corrupted folder from the Songs folder.
