I am looking for an existing skin without any themes or fancy pictures or anything like that; a skin that is just aimed towards better performance in Osu!. Can anyone suggest such a particular skin?

I'll have to test Luminance for a bit because apparently there is lots of science behind the very particular choices of colors/shapes for Osu! gameplay

I made mine myself (other than the hitcircles, which are from Unbewusst). I haven't put it on my user page yet because it isn't totally complete, but if you message me in-game I can get you a link.
I've got a real soft spot for Aesthetic. Not great for hidden, but it's otherwise a very solid skin. I'd ditch the cursor trail though.
Personally skins are largely better for people on an individual basis. Bellow I will list some of the ones I have used or think are well designed.

My personal skin. I am still working on it and will likely keep updating it and adding more extras as time passes. If you try it make sure to let me know what you like / dislike.
Also as a mention that I can't find a link for is Cancel v6 Modded which is the first "Gameplay" skin I used.
Edit: Also as an idea to test skins go back and forth between them only playing once on each and try and get a feel for which one is the most comfortable / you do the best with while doing this. Makes sure to give each skin a few tries. This is just how I test skins to not allow for bias or getting to accustom to one over another.
