Just to make it clearly, it's an option button to spectating other's people inside the room.
Some time... when we get in to a room, the player inside were still playing the map. If only we could watch how the played-map progressing... the new player who just 'arrives' won't really boring to wait (or even out again)
And also, some time... when almost all the players are ready, and there's only remain 1 or 2 player AFK (while those have the map to be played), forcing the game start also will force them to play the map.
What we see when we push the button?
Well... maybe an auto play map and the poll position of each player atm.
