I checked AI mod and I find out that the countdown and audio lead-in conflicts and not consistent throughout the diffs, which is unrankable, you should check on them, HOWEVER, this is what I found when opening smallboat's .osu file :3

Wow that actually wasn't that bad

Hard:
00:30:597 (3) - This jump doesn't make much sense because the rest of the map is so spaced nicely

I'm not really sure that lots of subjective rhythm changes are what's best for the map at this really late stage. Also moo is a new mapper so she is going to take your suggestions very seriously and could easily lower the quality of her map unknowingly.

00:55:540 (1) - Stacking this under a Slider's end plays pretty odd in my opinion, also it's kinda tricky to read at first sight since the map's flow is pretty fast, unstack?
01:20:147 (2) - Reduce this jump a bit as it's really sudden.
01:24:866 (6) - Kind of an odd stack again, try to remove the circle and add a repeat?
01:26:215 (4) - Add a Normal hitnormal to the end to follow the clap?
01:33:967 (1) - Remove the NC? Does not really make sense to me here since you start a new combo on 01:34:642 - which isn't sensefull if you follow the vocals.
