General

  1. Some words in the tags aren't needed. Here's a list:
    - Wasted Penguinz (the fact that it's already in the artist)
    - Wistfulness (it's already in the title)
    - 2014 (I don't know)
    - Electronic (it'll mark when it'll get approved (http://puu.sh/aR3Lj/db162127e4.jpg))
  2. The background should be 1366x768 (if it's a 16:9 background) or 1024x768 (when it's 4:3). Replace the background by http://puu.sh/aR4ao/cf6154b08a.jpg

Euphoria

  1. 00:26:615 (5,6) - Switch the places, which means that 00:26:615 should have a circle, and 00:26:815 a 1/2 slider. It sounds better and keep the rhythm like 00:25:615 (1,2,3) .
  2. 00:28:215 (5,6) - Same thing as above. 00:28:215 should have a note and 00:28:415 a 1/2 slider.
  3. 00:29:915 (6) - This note doesn't land on any beat, which makes it overmapped, and it's unrankable. I suggest to delete this note.
  4. 00:30:615 (2,3) - If you move the note above of the next slider's tail, then for, switch the head with the tail (Ctrl + G), it'll create a better flow. And the note won't overlap a little on the next slider.
  5. 00:41:415 (1,2) - Stack it the next slider's head, or make a little curve that'll follow the slider's curve:
    Also, remove the new combo to 00:41:415 (1) and add it to 00:41:615 (3) . New combo usually takes place on the first downbeat.
  6. 00:43:415 (9,10,11) - Reduce the distance to each other, maybe 0.6x fits. Players will notice that it's a triplet.
  7. 00:44:615 (1,2) - From now on, search for 1/4 rhythm and put them in a short distance to each other. I'll show you some: 00:46:615 (9,10,11) - 00:47:015 (12,13) - 00:47:815 (1,2,3) - etc. Compressed stream looks more nicer and players will know that they need to an alternate. Patterns like 01:03:215 (4,5,6,7) , you can let them be.
  8. 00:52:215 (4) - Move this somewhere on the top of the previous slider, somewhere at x:137 y:94. It makes a better flow.
  9. 01:03:015 (3) - Move the last point to x:463 y:134 so it could be part of 01:03:215 (4,5,6,7) .
  10. 01:15:315 (1) - This spinner is too short; nobody can't pass this. I suggest to replace it by a slider or notes.
  11. 01:23:815 (4) - Move this to x:172 y:97 to get a blanket with the tail of 01:24:015 (5) .
  12. 02:06:515 (1) - Same thing about the length.
  13. 02:19:315 (1) - ^
  14. 02:34:681 (4,5,6) - Since it's a 1/6 stream, you should put it more closer so players won't get confused if it's a 1/4 or a 1/6. You can find the others on your own.
  15. 02:45:615 - Remove the kiai mode here. The part that starts here 02:59:215 isn't really important. Unless I'm wrong.
  16. 02:51:748 (3) - Try moving this somewhere so it could make a better flow. Also, maybe a curve fits.
  17. 02:59:215 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - You should let the flow naturally here. The current breaks it. You can try making something like this:
  18. 03:01:081 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Same thing as above.
  19. 03:02:681 to 03:08:815 - Same thing as above.
  20. 03:35:315 (1) - Because of the short length, you should replace it by a slider or add notes.
  21. 03:48:881 (1) - ^
  22. 04:51:615 (2,3,4) - This pattern doesn't flow very well, so it doesn't play very well. Try making something else.
  23. 04:54:415 (5) - Put it somewhere next to the head of 04:53:615 (3) to get better flow when 04:54:015 (4) will shoot to the next note.
  24. 05:58:415 (1) - Remove this note. 05:58:281 (1) will make a fade out. Also, it sounds weird when there a note at 05:58:415 , since there's (maybe) no beat.

The map is too random. The placement is placed everywhere and the flow is a little broken. So I can't really mod map like this. Sorry. Try to find rhythm like 05:34:815 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) that you can put them more closer to each other. The distance is too much.
Good Luck on ranking this map, but still need work.

tbh you should really use a 16:9 image if at all possible, since a 4:3 player with a 1366x768 bg results in 1024x768 visible, but a 16:9 player with a 1024x768 bg results in 1024x576 visible. so I manually extended your bg to 1366x768 then did a few other touch ups to remove a bit of the compression artifacting. Here is the new image:
