I am quiet bored today and this suddenly popped up in my brain: "Why not make a cursor that looks like the one in Danganronpa?"
So I made it.
Yeah I know it doesn't look like the one in game.
Feel free to edit it!
It's ok to set the cursor size more than 1x, but it will look weird. I didn't give it too much empty space when lighting up the elements in the cursor, so the edge of light isn't smooth, and this problem goes very obvious when it's in a bigger scale.

Oh, yes. I've put .pdn file of cursor in there too, therefore you can edit it easily. If you can't open it, try use Paint.NET.
