I'm actually semi-active at modding, so is impossible for me modding a marathon for now. Just wanted to suggest you general stuff:

1. AR:8 or 8,5 fits better, since it's a slow BPM.
2. That OD is too high imo, consider changing it to 7,5 or even 8.
3. Same about HP, change it to 7.
4. I know actually marathon diff names can be different, but your actual one doesn't fit anything with the map imo. Think about something different, or leave it as "marathon".
5. Add some custom colours and make sure it fits with the BG, it will look so much better.

Pretty sure you should have more then 1 BPM for a map with more then 1 songs in it

1. 01:16:238 - You should really speed up sliders here. Speeding up really fits the music and enhances the overall feeling! Warning: Remap required.

2. 03:39:726 (1) - I think you should continue the pattern there instead of using a spinner. You have a lot of spinners in your map. Using too much spinners will make a map boring and tiring at the same time, so prevent it from happening. I know you're following the hissing sound but a short pattern is bad for a map (feeling like "a pattern!" but "well. the spinner broke it so badly.")

3. 04:11:587 - Eh? Why blank? Shouldn't the break start from here?

4. 05:32:982 (1,2,3) - Put these closer. This part is slow so just make it slow.

5. 05:34:843 (4,5,6) - ^

6. 05:40:424 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - ^

- You can see the edge of the bridge image (at 09:16:354) on a widescreen. You should make it start more to the left
- Speaking of the bridge image: I don't really think it fits the song, so I'd try to find a different one
