I see some timing points on top of notes. Move these back 1/2 or 1/4 back.

Anyway, here's what I found.
The easy difficulty seems to just be something a lot more difficult, but just extremely nerfed to the point it's not. It's as if I put a [Normal+], set everything to the lowest thing, and then called it an [Easy]. Well, that's quite an extreme example since your difficulty isn't really hard per se, but if you can find some way to make it easier, I'd be really delighted. Some of the spacing seems a little on the big side, and longer stacks might get confusing (That's what I noticed).
Perhaps you should raise the lead-in time by a half-second to a second?

[Events]Were you trying to SB your own comboburst? Do you still want this in here? If you don't want it anymore, delete the .osb and make a Full Submission. If you do, then you'll have to go do a lot more busy-work. XD I'll save that for a PM or something.

Hmm yeah, having all the difficulty settings to the easiest setting isn't going to work in [Easy] (HP Drain, Overall Difficulty, etc.) Move them off of the very left a bit because at the moment, it's hard to read.

Sorry, I've checked with a few BATs and another regarding dimensions on the video and two said that it should be the same as the background picture dimensions or lower. So overall, 1280x720 resolution for the video is unrankable.
