Why I have to upload a beatmap from the game?
My idea is to upload/update a beatmap by upload the .osz from the site. If my english was bad, forgive me. So Thanks for read it.

Just use puush or Mediafire and paste the link on your userpage
you can also use http://www.osump.net/

You can just use the BSS (Beatmap Submission System (IIRC))

Upload beatmap

But as I see from your profile you know this (otherwise you can't submit maps)

it's 100% more convenient and easier to just upload from the editor.
