[duplicate] Split Host and Song permission in Multi

Allow one person in a lobby to have controls just as locking slots and changing win conditions while still being able to pass permission to change the beatmap to others. At any point, the host can still change who has beatmap permission even if he is not in possession of it.

This is very very similar to t/124162 -> which leads to t/99948/ (and has more support)

Oh, thanks for that! I made this based on a multi lobby I've been in, didn't expect too much out of this honestly.

Yes t/124162 and t/99948 will be what you're looking for.
