There is large part without beats and breaks and conbined with high HP drain it's somewhat annoying
I suggest you lower the HP drain and while your at it, lower the overall difficulty
00:28:877 (3) - Remove whistle from the slider (I think it sounds awkward right now)

00:40:306 (1,2,3,4) - (This is for all these patterns like that in the song)Move these beats 2-3 grids down so (1) doesn't touch the HP bar
00:54:592 (1,2,3) - (Suggestion) This part would be more fun if you made jumps here instead of just stacking them.
