I think this pretty much sums up everything. It's probably because people are just trying to fit in, and they do it best by, well, being dumb.

Hence the filter for 'offensive words'.

If you'll really only see two lines of chat every ten minutes if you used ignore, then I guess the problem lies not in chat but in yourself, if you'll excuse my blunt honesty.

I have no opinion on what's going on on #osu but I'm really disapointed at Koreans spammingin #osu. We had a huge fight in #korean because of this #osu spamming.
