F6 Brings Up Chat (F8) As Well

Compare with F8
and make it parameter while playing a song in F6 like osu!direct

I dont care about that pacticular thing, but i would want that when u press f9 to open the things and f9 again to close, it would close everything and not leave the chat open.

it's F9 not F6,
if F6 and F8 are comparing
we can see a list of song and chatting
