I wonder if it would be easier just to make it an skin-able thing. Then anyone could put whatever they want as a opening/closing message.
Though it might defeat peppy's purpose perhaps? Idk.

^ I actually like his idea more. Not that multi language wouldn't work, it's just a lot harder to do and implement.
