Showcasing/teaching some useful keyboard shortcuts would be nice and convenient for players
Here are some of what I'd know so far:
[Alt]+[Up/Down] on Song Selection screen - Adjust volume
[Ctrl] + [1~4] on Song Selection screen - Change modes
[F1] for Changing mods
[q~e; a~g; z~v] on the mod screen - Toggle mods
[F2] for quick random select and Holding [F2] for a long random select
[F3] for Beatmap options
[Ctrl]+[R] for a quick retry which is also changeable on the options

I'm sure it's not limited to that, right?ztrot wrote:

Also you can request osu!talk interviews on the osu!talk thread
actually, that is osu!academy stuff. osu!talks are interviews with players and discussions about events and stuff. a episode going over full use of the song select could be interesting. i'll go through and check the episodes and see if that could fit in anywhere, or if it could be something to work on at a later pointNelly wrote:

i'm planning CtB related stuff during the CWC. . i'll be doing the same during the MWCTheBronyGames wrote:
How about players of modes other than standard, we know about HappyStick, WubWoofWolf, etc. already, what about others like ExGon (CtB #1), or F1rstLove (Mania #1)?
Yeah. That topic needs to be coveredVeilStar wrote:
Here's an idea that I don't think has been covered before...
(And if it has been, not in enough detail.)
Performance PointsI brought this up because, well, it's a damn huge part of the game, and many people find it hard to understand how it works at first.
- What it's about. (What & why. Relative skill metric.)
- How it came to be. (Interesting background.)
- Weightage system. (Because people fail to understand this.)
- The main things that matter to get reasonable pp. (Combo & hit accuracy.)
- The 'flow' of people gaining pp. (Why you drop ranks if you don't keep gaining pp.)
- Don't get hung up on PP.( Enjoy the game!)
well we already have wiki for it its full of knowledge about skinningElliottB1 wrote:

*grabs a book*
Oh. Here's one.
*puts away the book*
What about skinning? You can't have a rhythm game without customization, and I think skinning fixes that problem really well. So why not add a tutorial for it?
i'd be also cool to go over the whole irc situation. the best irc programs, and how to connect to osu with itTari wrote:
It would be really cool if you guys could go over IRC commands, I think some people might want to know some of them.
show them the wiki page :vPawsu wrote:

Might seem pointless, but taking random or top rankings players from different countries and interviewing them about ctb and their stories, experiences and advice, getting to know the wider community of ctb and just all the places in which players reside
^this, and would be very nice to have other mappers show their typical mapping session other than what ztrot has already.xxdeathx wrote:

bit late, but the history of osu! series isn't meant to be a full on detailed series. it's meant to give you an idea of how things were compared to now. i am working on more episodes, but they won't be super indepthWorldsWorst wrote:
I want to see more of those osu! history episodes, where they go through the early design stages! Episode 1 was very interesting, but not as detailed as i wish it to be!
