I would like to request an option that could make the numbers overlay the hitcircle. I mean, for beatmap skins, since Azure told me there's already an option to do so to normal skins.

I think he means numbers above the hitcircleoverlay.
I guess I support this. allowing per beatmap skin.ini's would fix this, though. (unless they've already been implemented and I don't know it yet)
