Just put cursor.png,cursor-middle.png(if avaiable) & cursor-trail.png to your skin folder

Just a quick note: a recent update allows you to put skin elements in the default skin without breaking things if you make a folder called "User" in the Skins folder and put your things there. That way, you can use your custom cursor & etc while still getting all of the default skin updates as they come.
