Hello , sorry for late from my queue .
fm4a93au04's standard modding queueSome other song recommendI find some songs of [ Hatsune Miku feat. Livetune ] that similar to your song . Maybe you can try their sound effect :
https://osu.ppy.sh/b/139208
https://osu.ppy.sh/b/152210
Your sound effects are fine now , so just a reference ^.^ . If you don't like , then ignore me .
I will take a look at these thank you very much!Normal00:24:766 (3,1) - I will ... ( Just look the picture ) Fixed!
00:26:707 (3) - A little bit move right . Example : Done!
00:26:707 (3,5) - Copy 3 and ctrl + H + J to 5 or make them blanket each other . Fixed!
00:51:060 (1,2,3) - Cool little jump 0.0 ( to x1.48 = x1.5 ) . It's cool but I don't know if it allow in Normal diff . If yes , I applaud this ~~~~ !!
00:53:178 (1,2,3) - Make a symmetry here ? It's fine now so I'm just a reference . I fixed it a bit.
01:30:943 (2) - Spacing change ( prev from 0.9 to x1.01 = x1.0 ) . I thing if your object are far from previous object ( Example : 2 clap , or 8 little slot when beat snap divisor is 1/4 ) , then some spacing change are feasible ( or you want make a symmetry ) . Fixed... I think?
But here , you just want a blanket and not far enough from previous object ( 1 clap only , 4 little slot when beat snap divisor is 1/4 ) . So I prefer make it x0.9 .
01:41:002 (1) - This is what I say ~~ ! ( 1.5 clap or 6 little slot when beat snap divisor is 1/4 ) from previous and spacing change is feasible ( x9.5 = x1.0 )~~~ GJ .
01:44:178 (4) - prev : x0.95 also = x0.9 . It's a gray area ... I don't know ... If BAT allow this , then I applaud this .
Oh , you want it be blanketed by 2 , right 0.0" ? Then I applaud this !
01:50:354 (5,6) - I will do it like this : Yea, I agree, looks nicer!
Your compose is also fine , so just a reference .
02:11:531 (2) - I will do this : Changed it to this
Red 5 are a little overlap orange 2 , so I want to avoid this . It has been avoided!
02:14:001 (1) - I will do this : Yea I like!
Just a reference .
02:14:001 (1,2,3) - Make them like a symmetry . Example : Try to do this, not sure it turned out well though
Next : x0.92 = x0.9 . Just a reference .
02:16:649 (3) - I think it can change into a 1-red-point slider to match Hatsune Miku's sound ~~~~~~~~~ !!!!! I'm not a big fan of red point sliders but I think this works.
Nice song , YEAH ~~~~~~~~ ! <- Ignore . I'm crazy for Hatsune Miku now . Thank you lol!Hard00:10:296 (1) - Why change spacing ? For symmetry ? Or surprising ? I'm cheated by this =..=" . I might've changed the spacing by accident while editing this difficulty sometime ago, but I just fixed it.
00:15:590 (2,3) - Maybe ... this ? Yes, but I've changed it to keep the 1.3x spacing
The blue combo's spacing will be about x1.4 . Just a reference .
00:17:707 (2,3,4,5,6) - How about ... ( picture are more understandable then word =..=" ) I probably butchered this part pretty hard but I tried to do it the best I could.
Reference , also .
00:24:589 (6) - Re...ference too 0.0" . I was a little hesitant at first but this works fine. (and probably better too)
00:30:060 (4,5) - ... : I like this too!
00:36:413 (7) - Move a little bit like (x,y) - (328,208) Moved!
00:37:472 (2,3,4,5,6) - ... : I struggled on this part for a bit before you came and gave some helpful instuctions. Thank You!
Copy 3 and rotate -120. to 4 , then copy 4 and rotate -120. to 5 , last move 6 .
00:40:296 (2) - I always cheated by this ... maybe is my problem . I changed this. Modder after to you said it was awkward.
00:42:943 (1,2,3,4) - I think match the vocal is better . maybe : This does match her vocals better!
Re...ference .
00:50:707 ~ 00:55:913 - I try to use other sound effect here . Normal Hit is not bad : I've decided to keep it as drum for now, i'll need to try out the custom hit sounds before I change it.
a. 00:52:295 - 85 % Vol. Ok!
b. 00:53:795 - Change to Normal Hit I've changed it to this for now
Or this : https://osu.ppy.sh/b/371511 <- S:C1 whistle 100% Vol . I'll take a look at it
a. Add to 00:51:060 ~ 00:55:913 , except 00:53:707 . ^
Try it if you like .
01:00:060 (3,4,5) - I will make a symmtry , and move them , make 4 to 2's end . I tried, I liked!
01:01:119 (6,7,8) - Make a symmtry , I will . So did I
01:17:355 (2) - Blanket better . Fixed
01:49:472 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - : This is interesting, I've never thought about this before. I love this!
Just reference . If Don't like plz ignore <- Crazy for H.M. now , so this mod maybe is very bad @#@" . <--- No! This mod is crazy good, I'm not this creative.
01:55:472 (1) - Change it into 1-red-point slider just like Normal . Ok!
01:57:060 (4) - Blanket better or : Yup!
01:58:472 ~ 02:03:678 - Same as 00:50:707 ~ 00:55:913 Ok!
02:02:002 (1,2) - Copy 02:01:296 (1,2) to here . Or : This, is also very interesting. I'm not this creative. I like it!
Make a symmtry .
02:05:002 (1) - Cheated again ... It's my problem ... I've kinda changed this location.
02:11:531 (4) - Why jump here ? Fixed this and the positioning of the notes that come after it. Hopefully it's a little better.
02:12:413 (8) - I think it can divide into a circle and slider . It will more fit with this jump 02:11:531 (4) . I divided, and kept the blanket around (1)
Just a feeling of mine , but it maybe is a illusion .
02:12:943 (1,1,1,1) - Consider jumps ? To make a diffirent from first part . Re...ference , for sure . I've moved them farther away from each other.
02:15:413 (2,4) - Give them a breath . Too close I think . Removed 02:15:942 (4)
02:21:943 (1) - Red-point slider . Match vocal . Ok
02:24:413 (2) - divide into : Yup!
02:25:119 (4,5) - Move a little bit right . Done!
What a nice song it is !! <- Actually , he just like H.M. too much to control himself ...InsaneAs my rule , sorry .Yup! Don't worry about it.
All I type is just ... reference , if you don't like , just ignore . If it offend you , then sorry , I just want to help you ... You've helped me a bunch, thank you for your hard work!
Thank you very much , good luck to your goooooooooodsongmap , and sorry for my bad mod . This is not a bad mod. It;s one of the more interesting ones i have received. Thank you again!
<- Still crazy for her now ......
I type it from this morning to now ( too long I think ... ) , so if the problem that I point out have been fixed by you , ignore plz .
Thank you for your time and effort. Great mod!joolomasta wrote:
Hi, mod from my queue.
First of all, I think this is a really good mapset. It was fun to play and the mapping style seems to fit the song quite well, especially in the Insane difficulty. The hitsounds seem to be consistent and also fit the music. My mod will be more focused on the patterns, so some of the suggestions might be a bit more subjective.Insane00:07:119 (4,5,6,7,8) - I would move these a bit downwards so that (4) doesnt overlap with (2). Looks nicer but doesn't change how it plays. Ok, I moved it down a bit.
00:12:766 (2,3,4,5) - The jumps are fine here but as you have 4 jumps in a row here, I would suggest keeping the distance between THESE four a constant so it feels better to play. For example, between (1) and (2) the distance spacing is 2.0, if you use it for the rest of the notes it will also make 2 and 4 a blanket. Again, the way it plays doesn't change. I never noticed that. Changed!
00:19:119 (1) - I'm not sure if you really need this combo as it is only 2 notes long, I would just remove NC here. I have a NC here? I'm going to keep the combo thought unless someone else tells me otherwise
00:26:178 (2,3) - There is a very clear triplet in the drumbeat here. I would change it from I don't know why, but I can't here triples well even if my life depended on it. Changed!
to this
It flows much better this way in my opinion. Keep the same location of the circles. I did.
00:31:296 (1,2) - I would move (2) a bit upwards to create a blanket (even though its a bit farther away, it looks nicer, no pic here) Alright!
00:32:884 (6,1,2,3) - If you listen here, the triplet is actually where (6) is, and not (1,2,3). You could just remove (2) if you don't want to touch (6). If you do this, you'll probably want to move (1) also. I removed (2) and put a triple on (6). I also moved (1)
00:43:296 (2,3,4) - Not a big one, I would just move (3) a bit so it's the same distance from (2) and (4). Yea, I moved it to keep the same distance.
00:51:413 (3,4,7,8) - You are stacking (3) and (7) so why not stack also (4) and (8)? At the moment it overlaps about half of the circle. They are now stacked
00:53:531 (1,2,1,2,1) - Just a matter of style, but I don't think you need this many NCs here. It's all in the same sung phrase in the vocals and there's no accent or anything. The next NCs after this are fine, they make a nice "rainbow" effect. I thought I got rid of these a while ago, guess not. Removed them and kept the NC after.
01:10:295 (7,1,2) - Move these a bit down and left? That way (7) blankets the previous (5) and (1,2) doesn't overlap with it. Moved
01:16:825 (1,2) - This overlap seems unnecessary. I changed it.
01:30:590 (1,2) - Stack these? Yea
01:33:060 (2,5) - ^ ^
02:19:119 (2,4) - I see what you are looking at here, but i think the overlap is a bit awkward. Yea I changed this and the positioning of the notes that come after.
02:22:825 (3,4) - It's almost a blanket so you could as well make it one. Might as well.
02:24:413 (2,3,4,5) - This pattern feels kind of weird, you could just stack it or move (4) and (5). A bit more of a personal opinion. I kept it as it is.
I think it's a really fun map. Most of the criticism would be the jumps. You have a ton of them which is fine for this kind of song, but there seems to be little logic in the spacing of the jumps. I would at least try to keep the spacing the same for series' of 3-4 consecutive jumps with regular timing because it's distracting when the jumps are all of different length.Hard00:10:296 (1) - This one lures you to click it in the same rhythm as the previous (4,5,6) because the spacing is the same even though the timing gap is twice as high. I would move this a bit farther. Fixed in the previous mod
00:14:001 (1) - Same here although this one isn't as big of a difference as the previous one. I would give it a wider gap like you have done between 0:20 and 0:30. Fixed
00:18:942 (6,1) - The pattern is again really deceptive because of the timing gap which isn't represented in the spacing of the notes.
00:40:296 (2,4) - I think this overlap feels a bit awkward. Fixed in the previous mod
00:56:002 (3,4) - It's a jump here but the distance seems a bit large for a map of this difficulty. Moved it closer.
00:59:707 (2,2) - Stack the slider end with the circle? I didn't really understand this one, maybe because the circles highlighted were wrong. In any case I kind of ignored this one.
01:43:472 (4) - It wouldn't hurt the patterns here at all to just keep the previous spacing and move this a bit farther from the previous note. Stacked (4) and (5).
02:03:766 (3,4,1) - It feels weird to play when (3) and (1) are so close to each other even though the timing difference compared to (4) is so different. I know it's a jump here but I feel it would be better to move (1) and the following pattern maybe a bit farther left? Fixed in the previous mod.
02:11:531 (4,5,8,1) - Stack (8) and (1) with (4) and (5)? Fixed in the previous mod.
02:16:295 (1,2,3) - This pattern feels a bit weird. You can also just ignore this, I know it's a bit vague. Split (3) into a circle and a slider, so it should feel a bit better.
Again, most of the map feels good to play. Just a few places where it feels awkward because there is a time gap between two notes which isn't represented in the spacing.
Hoping to see this ranked! Remember that most of my suggestions are just that, not mapping errors per se.
