Imagination Question...

How do you guys imagine things???

for example imagine a pineapple (really visualize it)

Does the image of the pineapple overlay with reality like this?



Or do you stop seeing reality for a instance and you only see the pineapple (something like this flashes in your mind)



Or does your imagination work a different way? I was talking to a friend of mine and he said he can see both at the same time but both are blurry? idfk what that means but yeah...

Also can you guys imagine stuff spinning? I can only imagine shit spinning but it's mega dim like brightness -50

Idk I guess it's infinite but I can barely see. I can see moving stuff but with TAA (blurry).
It's much better if I close my eyes though.

i dont have aphantasia but it takes a lot of efford to imagine a detailed image

but do you have imagination premium (you can overlay that image with reality) or can you only see what you imagine and stop seeing reality?

yeah actually i'm the same as karmine, it's lower opacity, and moving stuff is a but harder, closing your eyes make it easier

Ahh I see, that kinda similar to me but Its much easier to just do option 1.

i could do both, but unless a background or different environment is relevant to the thing im imagining the natural way i'd imagine it is #1, where it's overlayed in reality. kinda reminds me of augmented reality. things get a bit hazy because when im imagining things with my eyes open i subconsiously focus on it, even though its not there, making my vision a bit blurry. it's akin to staring off into space.

The second one, but I never stop seeing reality. It's like the pineapple and reality exist in two different planes of existence in my mind, but reality is a lot clearer. But when I close my eyes, I can imagine more detailed and complex visualisations, while with eyes open it's really hard.
