4 stars for the name EXTREME doesn't really make it for me lol... (would be expecting some 6 star hard ass crap jkjk don't do that that's stupid)
It's fine the way it is now, but it has potential to be a lot more difficult (unfortunately not with a high ass SV)
But there are things that need to be fixed!! Put them down there vvv

General:
>The drain rate.. I missed the 1st note on purpose then rest i fc with all 300's, yet I failed. That is a problem sir.
I have 2 suggestions:
1. Lower your drain rate (Not as recommended cuz problem is only in beg, rest is fine
2. Add more NC's so health goes up more (more recommended)
>SV of 2.80.. Really? Usually even SV of 2 is high... lol
>These. Sudden jumps from 0.5x to 1x to 1.5x.. Especially with SV at 2.8 it's slider breaking all dayy errday.. I recommend jumping by 0.25x each time, i.e. 0.75x -> 1x -> 1.25x

01:29:799 (3) - too fast n sudden.. and i'll stop talking about these from now cuz otherwise it's all guna be about the same thing

Anyhow, I think there's quite a few places that needs fixing, so ranking this might take a while
