and basicaly, You just need to edit every file jpg/png (or at least every neccessary) in skin folder on your pc, than just simple upload it.
For standard osu mode gameplay is like 40-55 files to edit,
Complete skin with all game types, mods, options is like 250-280 files what need to be edit.
"Skin" folder can be found in Osu folder where you installed a game.
