PM'ing authoritative figures is sadly, not the productive way to go, and so is making threads.
Passively whining about cheating, and complaining about foulplay in forums makes no difference to the situation.
Now secondly, the MAT are no more responsible for reporting cheaters than what the average player in osu! is capable of.
I hope you all understand this isn't a "shout until they hear you" because you can't expect things to go how you would like all the time.
Please understand that while cheaters may cause a certain amount of inconvenience to everyone who enjoys this game as it should, they should by no means be publicized and given any sort of attention other than notifying through the use of the report function.
We cannot hope to please everyone, and you will be disappointed at times. And if you continue to nurse this attitude you will not enjoy this game for long.
If you need a translation for this, please ask whomever you know is capable of, accurately.
