Yeah, it has something to do with cookies and proxies and stuff like that. I don't know too much about internet, but enough to know that the previous link probably works only for you.

Actually, I can't work on it due to the angle. Rotating it 44~48 degrees and cropping it to the widest but narrowest resolution still allows only 514x124, thanks to her hair being cut off from the right side... >__>

If you're willing to pick another image, though, I'll be happy to help. Sorry for the trouble.

Here. I think this fits better, and I hope you like it more this time too. It's also a little bit different edited, because I didn't save the original project and remade the whole thing but I think this looks better anyway since I focused more on the colours and angle, and edited out a small error. I should start saving the projects every time, again, not sure why have I been taking a break from doing that.
