The title should be ミラクル！ぽーたぶる☆ミッション I was not able to find the currect source of the CD though.

as they appear obviously (also VGMdb says in Japanese *unofficial*), there's no space between ! and the rest, also the exclamation mark definitely should be ！ instead. If you changed unicode title, we might have to remove the space in romanised title as well. (well I'm gonna ask japanese to correct my knowledge later.)

00:08:880 (3) - I wonder why you have used such a long slider here, players would catch the rhythm by the vocals if kind of song is so, the slider end at the drum sound feels awkward for me. Unless the sound is stronger like the cymbal or something, it's better to follow the vocals in my opinion.

All fixed in Easy and Insane.
And discussed with Satellite, we all think removing the space in the Romanised title is better.

00:08:198 (3) - clap at the reverse, well S:C2 would fit there I guess. also S:C2 clap must be fitting at the end as well.
00:11:096 increase the volume by 20? I didn't notice there's a clap on the head while playing.

Not a disqualify request, but for case it would get disqualified, it can be fixed.
