Changed everything except the spacing (the combos make it easy to read for experienced players I had some of that spacing in The City Is At War too) and the offscreen circle because it isn't really offscreen -> Screenshot.

And thanks for modding. ;)

Oh yeah... I forgot to mention that this song actually has a BPM of 174 and 160 (at (or near, not sure) 01:58:472, then it goes back to 174 at 01:59:765; the BPM switch also occurs at the beginning of the song, but since that part wasn't mapped for all difficulties, it doesn't matter.)

Blue = design/minor issues. you do not have to change these if you don't want to
Orange = moderate issues. it would be best if you change these, but you may be able to get away with not changing it
Red = major issues. you need to change these

Please don't make false accusations; I'm not bitching. I'm just asking if you got his permission. Also, he hated it when I attempted to revive his map, that he wanted me to make my own instead (there was a reason behind that, but I refuse to say it here).
