Why: 1. EVERYBODY who got banned and want to play again will love this
2. less server costs for the main server
What: I want a server client and a normal user client that allows everybody to create his/her own pp system and the ability to connect to them.
The server client should have setting like Submit pp only when it is over 20PP
Cons: Many of the custom server will be filled with cheaters :/
