I think osu! should come out with one so you could practice the difficult parts of a song you are struggling on in an easier way

. My apologies if there was a forum for this already or if there is one, lol. Thought this would be a cool idea

moved to feature requests. also pretty sure it's been requested and denied. just like every other practice mod. use the test function in the editor
